It does make noise

The horn does make noise, but it does not sound like an OOGA horn. It was cheap, so I got what I paid for. I will moist likely order one from Speedway to replace it. It will cost twice as much, but it SHOULD sound more like an OOGA horn. It came quickly, it just did not sound like any OOGA horn that I have ever heard.

Has all of Yamaha's specs.

I think that this is just a factory manual that was copied. There are a few pages that are upside down, but that is not a problem for me.
