Excelent microscope. With good stable hefty platform. Great for photography.
Decent quality instrument. Solidly built. And the wide heavy base is ideal for photography. I do have one little pet peeve. There was no instruction manual. Which while not an issue for myself. Since I have been using microscopes since 1962. Could be an issue for first time users.

Great camera. Excelent deal
1 of 1 found this helpful Camera nearly spotless. And even came with a kit lens. Much to my surprise. Since I was only looking for a second E-420 body. For use in my work in microscopy. Was a real steal at $80 dollars. Definitely got my moneys worth!

Looks nice in picture. But poor quality.
Sure looks nice on the outside. But unfortunately. I was quite dismayed at the quality of this microscope. The mechanics were of poor quality. And the optics while ok. Sure were nothing worth writing home about. Not that I had a sinking feeling the minute I pressed the buy button. The scope. All $150 some dollars worth. Are now sitting at the Alameda county landfill. A trip it went on the same day it arrived at my house from China.
