Great for the Price
The basic speed is silent. But the fan obviously makes a mild rushing sound at high speed. I live in a potentially noisy environment [downtown San Francisco] so I actually appreciate the very mild rushing sound in the background, although I rarely use the highest speed. It is plastic but sturdy, and as I had very good service with a Holmes heater in the past from my first impression I am expecting the same from this fan.

Political Nonsense
Do not agree with many trans people who might feel this narrative could damage their cause. any more than a paranoid on a downtown street corner holding a "John: 3:16" sign will succeed at warding off the devil. Right wing-nut political junk only using the subject of "trans-activists" as an attack on "liberals" and "the Obama administration." including quotes from individuals condemned or ignored by their fellow professionals, the book finally tanks at a chapter on "Radical Feminism." Made me wonder if the publisher accidentally inserted the wrong chapter in the book... Not much of any more value than as a door stop in the offices of The Christian Coalition.

As good as the Brand Name but for Less
As good as Neosporin and pharmacy house brands. Like the larger opening to spread over larger areas.
