Lacking in quality
Lacking in quality, the gears were ill formed in which they bind, the bracket will not stay in place after a few turns, the bracket itself was ill formed to where it was not perpendicular and had to be reformed.
The most undesirable issue...it was put together backwards...opposite of what the picture shows. That's right, the crank was on the wrong side and when the crank was turned it would push the peas out instead of pulling them in.
After all the modifications, it does work. It is better than shelling by hand. Can shell a pod in one second. It is worth about $20, not $45.
