Brilliant machine

Failed miserably on first two loafs, third loaf was perfect, kids loved it. Sage have a really good PDF of recipes Very easy to use with a comprehensive menu list. We have a sour dough that been running for a couple of years now as all our bread has been made by hand but the kids wont eat the crusts they do now they love the lighter setting. Another really clever piece of engineering is the folding paddle.
