Give This One Month
Be consistent and diligent for just one month and you'll be so very amazed. I took two everyday and in a little over three weeks, I began noticing healing each day on various parts of my face that had been bitten by insects while remodeling the house. If it can work so quickly outwardly, I'm sure it's healing just fine on the inside.
As a side note, I didn't take any other vitamins or supplements during this, to be sure the effect achieved from just the Fucoidan. Now that I'm including my regular supplements again, I'm excited to see how much better I'll look and feel next month!

I'd go elsewhere
The vial was not properly closed/sealed as the rubber dropper was gooey from the oil being in it too long...or it was old. The smell was not as fragrant as those I've bought before, so I was hesitant in using it in expensive organic pain creams.

Best electric hot rollers ever!
These are great!! I bought a set years ago when my hair was nearly down to my waist and the five rollers, sectioned into five parts, were plenty hot enough to make my thick hair as curly as I wanted! It all depends on how long you leave these rollers in.
