Excellent product and company.
2 of 2 found this helpful Great product for those who like to feed the squirrels. Excellent company should there be a defect. IF you have a large number of the critters, you should replace the chain with a heavier duty version since they can be quite destructive if given the opportunity. Or, in case you get a raccoon you’ll want a heavier chain.
