Soft to The Touch
The memory foam soften the chair's arm rest to a more comfortable level. Memory foam will form to your arm and reduce the discomfort of sitting for long periods on a rigid armrest.
The straps are a little too long but everything else is perfect with this product.

No Charge, Save Your Money
2 of 2 found this helpful No charging after trying 9 volt and AA. I have a AA charger that charges, it takes hours. EBL indicator would turn green in minutes after it started. I tested a AA battery from EBL charger in a flash light after it indicated it was fully charged and it was dead.

Thicker Pads
The price is great but the padding in the wrist rest is too thin. I increased the padding and it's perfect.
