all around useful
125 gB enough storage for backup and archiving data for travel OTG. USB 3 speed for faster transfers. The dual type A and C ports will plug latest and prior generation devices. Eliminates need for adaptor cables.

secure portable drive
Edge secure drive is excellent portable drive storage for backing up critical data on travel. 16 gB is sufficient for personal identification, passport images, emergency medical, and account access and service call numbers. With data encrypted, the risk is minimized if the drive is lost. The unit cost affords backing up with two devices.
AES is slower than other algorithms, but speed is not an issue with small file sizes of identification and travel docs. USB 2 A is outdated and requires an adapter to plug into type C sockets. A small overhead.

It is not easy to use.
Design CAD 3DMAX is feature packed, but the developers' approach to offering a competitively different goes too far in its novelty to the extent annoying to use.
The paradigm shift from standard drawing methodololgy and tool behavior results in obtruse break from familiarity and intuitive consistency with legacy products expected by the user. Instantiatiation of object and object encapsulation is unnecessarily fragmented. Menu bars are redundant This tool breaks away from basic definition of circle, square, copy, fill, drag, drop. These kinds of features have been uniform across Office, Canvass, Orcad, Mentor.
The low inroductory price is understandable as the user will find this tool requires a re-learning curve to use, and near impossible to achieve practical productivity.
