Not a good purchase
I thought this was the kind that you pop in the microwave to heat up quickly and use. To heat it up you either have to heat it in a kettle of water on the stove for 20 minutes or put it in the microwave in a bowl of water and heat to 140 degrees for 20 minutes. Very time consuming especially if you have to use frequently. I need to buy something else to use so money spent on this product was wasted. Company that I bought it from was awesome though! Just wish the advertisement had information on what it takes to use the product
