Will never buy this item again !

Very dissapointed!!! Bought this as an Easter surprise for my daughter. She had been watching it and really wanted to buy it, and I told her no..she is too young for colored mascara. We got it very fast, and for a good price, we thought. When she tried to use it, it was dried up and couldn,t get any on her lashes. Not a good deal when it doesn't work...oh well, our loss I guess.
