  To me, it's when things go wrong that a seller's real value shows. I ordered a functional antique and it arrived damaged to the point that the item was not usable. I reported the damage and gave the seller plenty of space to resolve for both of us. Without me reminding or following up, the seller handled all of it! The only time I communicated was when they asked me for additional info. I would give 6 stars if I could simply because of the professionalism, timeliness, and communication.
