I mailed it from a postal place other than usps and will never do this again. Once post office picked it up, it was not scanned in at the PO, so there’s no tracking from there. I have receipt showing where I dropped it off but that’s all. It stopped there. I fully refunded buyer and apologized. Lesson learned and I’ll not use the alternative postal store again. Buyer communication was good.
