Could perform much better.

The ipod arrived in okay condition. You can tell it is gently used. The ipod lags quite a bit when turning it on and skipping songs. You can hear the hard drive 'clicking', which worries me that it won't last long. The battery lasts for maybe 6 hours before I have to recharge. For the price, it is a decent product, but it does not perform like it has actually been refurbished with a new battery installed.
