Catechism (Doubleday)
This was for the Doubleday edition. A compact Catechism of the Catholic Church. The content is well-formatted, nice-quality pages and the print is large enough for general reading. A great edition and alternative to larger and pricier editions.

The Delightful Sting of the Scorpion
1 of 1 found this helpful The Trinidad Moruga Scorpion is among the very spiciest peppers in the world. As a big fan of Tropical Pepper Co's Ghost Pepper sauce, I had to give this a try. While the ghost pepper sauce was a bit disappointing in terms of heat (500,000 SHU claimed, feels like 300,000), I still loved it for the smoky and savory taste.
This Scorpion sauce blows the ghost out of the water. While possibly not the full 780,000 SHU claimed, it is extremely spicy and enough to satisfy those of us who like some real heat in our chili.
What surprised me most was the taste - very bright like a habanero but with a real depth and fruitiness that transcends its use as a "dare" sauce for heat. This taste is one of the best I've tried and I recommend it wholeheartedly as a well-rounded flavoring sauce (in small amounts of course!)
It is also thicker than most other vinegar-diluted sauces including others by Tropical Pepper Co (but not quite as thick as, say, 357 Magnum).
100% my new favorite sauce. Try it.
