Seemed to Work Like Existing One Connect
2 of 2 found this helpful Worked like my present One Connect box which unfortunately doesn’t fix my issue. I think I an getting a bad bitstream from my cable provider that causes dropout and short freezing of screen. I am speculating that One Connect does not have robust enough bit error connection thus why the DVR (cable provider provided) recordings and other two smaller Samsung TV’s (without One Connect boxes) do not have this problem. Plus when the TV with One Connect is watching internet streaming it doesn’t have this problem when the TV was new this issue didn’t exist and depending on time of day the issue varies in frequency.
