Order the aftermarket gasket the first time.

This was an original equipment gasket. It wasn't designed to be reused. An after market gasket ireplaces the OEM one by adding a metal wedge designed to stay attached between the refrigerator's door and plastic panel. The other issue was the gasket came with a few roaches. Must have come from a roach infested home. Hope I got rid of them all. I actually found 3 living in the crevices of the used gasket. I ended up buying the aftermarket gasket in the end. This one was money wasted.
