  Terrible seller, I inquired about fast shipping before placing order, was promised prompt shipping, but seller didn't ship for a whole week, even after expressing my frustration, seller didn't seem bothered at all.   I do not recommend this buyer he sold me a defective computer but told me it’s new and asking all of my personal info and my computer info he won’t return my money he’s telling me to get a factory warranty and repair it PC 🤔💁🤬👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

  Laptop was sold NIB as we buy from Panasonic distributor. He open and find on screen shedow . We ask for serial number of tablet to be sure that same one will be return to us. Whan he send after 2 days ubnormal behavior of buyer , we refund money Immediately. He needs help that is not under our expertize. Tablet is under warranty and will go in official Panasonic service for repair. We sold thousends of laptops in last 20 years and this thinks are happaned sometimes no metter what brand is .
