It’s Okay But
It’s too hard and uncomfortable. I found another much better support seat cushion by Feager. It is outstanding and delivers on comfort and support. I purchased the Feager Lumbar back cushion as well. Highly recommend them but not Dr Tushy.

The Loop are wonderful at blocking out noise. The Loop works best by inserting the earplug and loop facing your check bone. Then twist the loop counte
The Loop are wonderful at blocking out noise. The Loop works best by inserting the earplug and loop facing your check bone. Then twist the loop counter clockwise until flush with your ear. This helps to seal the earplug. Hope this tidbit of information helps. These are 27db that I purchased and they work well to drown out the noise of neighbors or fans. I have misiphonia and the Loop Bring on the Noise 27db have helped me sleep more soundly at night.
