My glassware sparkles!

Finally, my dishwasher is getting the glasses on the upper rack sparking clean! Apparently the gasket on the arm was bad from the day it was installed, and I didn't know it.

Disappointed.

I like the grid, but the flannel side is rather thin. The most disappointing thing was how wrinkled it was inside the packaging. When I tried to iron it on the very lowest setting to get some of the worst wrinkles out so it would hang flat against the wall, the "flannel" melted. I expected better quality from a product with Fons and Porters' name on it. They really need to re-think the packaging so that it arrives as smooth as possible.
