2 of 2 found this helpful I have been using the grow bone system for over 5 years and I have improved my bone density because of it. I recommend trying this before going on prescribed medication if you have osteopenia. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and had another bone density test done after being on this product for 1 1/2 years. It improved to osteopenia, so I have continued. I will be having another scan done soon to see if I have further improvement.

Whole food capsules
2 of 2 found this helpful I have been using Vitamin Code 50 & Wiser Women for over many years and I love these vitamins. They are whole food and easy on the stomach. They are capsules so they dissolve quickly and I don't have that queasy feeling if I take them on an empty stomach.

Like walking in slippers
This is my second pair of these boots. I have them in brown and now black. I love them! They are comfortable from the minute I step into them and I can were them all day with no pain.
