Works like a Charm!
1 of 1 found this helpful These work really well for under eye darkness. Much better than any concealer I’ve tried in the past. Use this on upper eye darkness as well. Sounds crazy but the color is often referred to as anchor blue because newscasters often use this trick while on air. If it’s effective for them, it’ ll work for us!
