Disappointed
Card was so small.

Battery was not working
3 of 4 found this helpful Same day I received the Dyson I tried it and the battery was overheating. We stopped, allowed to cool down and tried to charge the battery but was not working. Contacted the helpline the following day and after speaking with a very cheeky call centre man ( not impressed) he put me through to technical support. This time the person I spoke with was very professional and helpful. He did a video link and saw for himself the Dyson was not charging at all. I was informed this was unusual and for my inconvenience this would be replaced with a new one which I was grateful for. The old one was collected the filling day and replaced with a new one.

It's ok but had a lot of marks hence the 4 ⭐️
I was aware there were marks on the bag but it was loads.
