Product good.....seller not so good

this is one of the top rated ubiquinol products on the market.....very good product that I would recommend. On the other hand, be aware of new ebay sellers of this product......I recently won a bid on this product at a very reasonable price......the seller decided to refund my $$$ rather than ship the product.....never gave a reason but I believe I won it for a couple of bucks less than he paid for it and didn't want to take a small loss......doesn't seem fair for buyers to spend time trying to win a bid on a product and the seller can just refund the money for no particular reason....ebay should have a policy to require a seller to at least provide a reason for not following through on the sale.
