We offer 30 day returns on all of our items, and we normally offer same-business-day handling times if the item is purchased before 4:00 PM ET (Mon-Fri), and we otherwise generally offer 1-business-day handling times.

Absolute BEAST of a budget headset
I got this headset mainly to use it with the PS5 because of the Tempest 3D Audio optimization it has, and while I'm yet to get a PS5 or even try the 3D audio out, I'm very impressed with the sound quality. I got it for less than others might have, but even at retail value it is very nice and great value.
Pros:
- Large drivers make the sound more spatial, and that's without 3D audio.
- Great bass and overall audio balancing.
- The build is sturdy, lightweight, and contorts to perfectly fit my head.
- Very comfortable.
- Ear cups twist to make it easier to slide into bags for travel.
- Includes a detachable microphone (mainly intended for gaming) with decent enough sound.
- Includes multiple ways to connect the headphones to a device (wired, bluetooth, USB, wireless USB-C dongle) so you can choose which way to use for different situations.
Cons:
- Headband is a little stiff, not really bending very easily.
- The ear cups don't allow your ears to breath that much, causing them to heat your ears up after wearing them for awhile.
- The not-to-fat ear cushions cause the headset to dig a little into my head around my ears, but it doesn't affect me that much.
Overall, the pros FAR outweigh the cons, given that all of my cons are just minor annoyances and not serious issues. I highly recommend this pair of headphones if you don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a single pair, so it's a great budget pick. Music and games sound great on it, by the way, and I can't wait to try it with my future PS5.
