Golden axe body spray would be more appealing.
This game title is boring and dull to anyone. If you are a nostalgic fan of the original golden axe games, stay there. For your own safety. Please do not venture forth. The is no golden axe on ps3. It was all a delusion.
Just like the developers of this game.
All of them. Delusional if they think this game can be called golden axe. I understand the appeal of bringing golden axe into a 3d reality on a moden console. Sadly that is as far as their lofty imagination took them. A ps2 game at best on the ps3 (as many launch games were). A retarded color matching mini game for battle. Robotic lumbering controls. Mounts that handle like tanks and are as comfortable as a rikshaw that offer no real advantage. There is supposed to be a story but to be honest i couldnt get past the horrid game play to ever notice. Cover your wood axe in cheap golden spray on paint. Place this game on the executioners block. Listen to the crowd cheer. Cleave this horrendous travesty in twain. Let no one ever set eyes apon it again.

1 of 2 found this helpful So much hype. Once again a game did not live up to the hype. There are multiple story possibilities but playing it once was chore. You play by pressing a button when prompted. There is no freedom. The story plays at various years of Jody's life. Which is fine. Except it plays a specific year with a specific event only if it relates to the up-coming current year game play. Playing from childhood to adulthood would have been more profound the controls are temperamental. Sometimes not responding at all. I tried to play with the mobile phone option. I couldnt. It worked at first but with limited response then it wouldnt work at all. Then it wouldnt connect. Over all i am glad i do not pay full price for video games.
