Replacement Battery
Easy to install. Worked immediately. Only problem was I needed a magnifying glass to read the instructions.

Didn't work
When I received the battery pack I plugged it into my phone to charge the phone. About an hour later, I noticed the handset was getting very hot. I examined the battery pack and compared it to the one I was replacing. The wires that go into the plug were backwards. I then checked the picture on the original listing. The picture showed the correct wiring. It was also opposite of the way the new battery was wired. This could be a dangerous product.
