Worth every penny. Even more confidence romping the shifter under full power.
This thing is fantastic. Relatively easy installation, the hardware anyway. Routing wires was easy, and no, you do not need to completely remove the fuel tank as listed in the instructions. Remove the two forward screws, then pivot on the rear horizontal bolt. While lifting the tank, carefully put something like a long screwdriver or small narrow board underneath the tank to prop it up, careful not to pinch hose lines or wiring.
The one problem that I had was finding the RED connector under the seat in order to program this thing. The black identical connector is very easy to find and confused me. I ordered a Chilton's, which is great to have anyway, and oh yea, there's the red connector, under the crossbar that supports the rear seat/lock.
Riding with this installed, up shifts are seamless and can be done under full power. You can also downshift, but your mileage will vary based on where you are in the power band. I have had an automatic Honda street bike, this is as close as it gets to that and still have the joy of a manual transmission

Not Fort Knox, but decent enough to prevent theft during a smash and grab.
1 of 2 found this helpful I like it for what it is, and it is about what I had expected. It is solid, fits fairly well, albeit somewhat loose around the edges on the sides. Would have been better to have four or more screws to hold it in place, as opposed to the two that it comes with. Rattles when driving, need to add some type of minor rubber strip to prevent the rattle.
I wouldn't consider storing anything of value overnight, but this could be suitable for securely storing a firearm while traveling (actually driving) due to local laws on secure storage of such.

Solid table top, excellent for my purpose
Solid table with sturdy legs. Although, admittedly I do not use the legs and only bought it for the table top. I also purchased (separately) two retractable, wall mount arms to mount the table top to. I then mounted the whole thing to the wall at my front door and use it for food deliveries. In the current situation, this is a perfect setup and the table top is solid, easy to clean, and fairly well blends in with the wall.
