Had to modify to mount.
1) The base holes are not exactly line up with my car frame, a 99 LX Honda Accord. Had to drill out the hole bigger to make it fit.
2) The rubber, with painted black paint, can be seen with naked eye, is in poor quality. Looks like an used rubber mount with black paint to make like new.

Good modem
Used it for Time Warner/Spectrum cable internet. Speed test reported sometimes 100Mbps, sometimes less. So far, no issues yet.
