I live in jersey where most of the terrain is sand but some is hard packed dirt. This tire is excellent in all of it. It feels solid through the right corners and cuts right through deep sugar sand. I've put about 200 miles on it and it has minor wear. I would honestly buy another one whenever that time comes.

A+ tire
I got this cause I live in New Jersey so I'm mostly in sand but I enjoy single track so I do hit dirt and roots in some places. Hands down my favorite tire for terrain like Jersey (unless you live way up north). The traction is amazing and you won't be disappointed! It can last a whole season too even if you ride every weekend.
