If it's your first Japan chisels, you can buy them to look how chisels don't must be made.
1 of 2 found this helpful Steel is fine, but geometry is very bad. I spent about 1-2 hours to make the base flatten of each chisel. In Russia chisels with such quality cost about 4-5 USD by one. Chinese quality, not Japanese. If these chisels really made in Japan, it is a shame!

Poor quality product.Not recommended.
3 of 3 found this helpful Shinko 180e is poor quality product. Hole for water was not drilled out of box. Large clearance on the motor shaft. Absolutely not Japanese quality. Not recommended.
