INFERIOR PRODUCT, PREVIOUS MODEL IS MUCH MUCH BETTER!
I purchased this headset new and it only lasted 6 months. Now when I try to charge the red light just blinks and it doesn't charge or come on. Besides this, during time when it actually worked I encountered the following issues with it: - transmission/receiving signal is MUCH weaker than previous model PRO Plus, call quality and music playing quality is inferior with interruptions and dropped/lost transmissions. Works poorly with Skype, does not connect all the time or holds connection. Battery life is good, but I think it comes at expense of lower transmission power and quality. I was very impressed with Plantronics Voyager Pro Plus model and going to purchase it again. It seems that Pro Plus and later models are just junk and Plantronics wants to capitalize on the good will of their previous product models.
