10 DayDetox Diet has been very successful for me
2 of 2 found this helpful I have lost 13 pounds in about 6 weeks. Had a Dr appointment yesterday and he was amazed that my A1C has come down from 7.4 to 6.2 in just a few weeks. All lab work was in normal range and my blood pressure was 120/70.
I am sold on these 2 books, and will definitely recommend them to anyone that is interested in improving (decreasing) their diabetes issues. I have already dropped one diabetes med, and hoping to drop more meds in the near future.
