Finally Found the Elusive Replacement Heads
After finding nothing in the local stores which once carried these products I resorted to an Ebay search. Gratefully I located these refills for our dish washing wand. I've never actually seen this model in the stores but they seem like they're going to work. They do remain attached to the wand and I know other replacement models do not.
