These hinges fit my table like a glove. I had them installed and tested in a couple hours. The hinge is basic and functional. Be care if small children are around because when you lower the top back down it could pinch fingers between top and base frame. The highest point seems a little low.... I could have used another 3 inches. I am going to install some wheels underneath the legs to make up for it It sure was a simple project and no need to buy a new table! .
