SensoTouch new heads work good
After all the negative reviews I was very reluctant to order this, but decided to try. I've only used it about a week, but it definitely is giving me a very close shave and doing very well on some previously troublesome neck hairs. It does not shave as quickly as the original heads did when they were new, but it does seem to shave me as close. It takes more than one pass. They are comfortable on my face, with no pulling of whiskers. My facial hair is fairly light. I find cleaning a mixed bag. In one sense, it's easier to clean--just pull it off and run it and the razor under the hot water. But it's more 'klutzy' than the old head. Construction definitely seems more flimsy than the original head. Price, IMHO, is outrageous--but there is really no choice other than buying a new razor. We'll have to wait and see how it's working in six months, but so far I'm overall pleased.

Only had a few hours, but works great.
Just arrived, so this may change. The remote looks and works identical to the original remote. I appears to be a genuine Samsung. I bought this as a "spare" and to keep in a different location. If it continues to function, it;s a great deal. I'll update the review if anything changes.

Perfect replacement part--but expensive
Part was an exact replacement and installed easily. Shipment was promp although the part was not well protected in the packaging. There was no damage to it. Price was high, but competitive with other new parts in a web search. Not the sellers issue, but the part is designed to wear out--there is a tiny plactic tab that keep the door closed until released. With wear, that tab wears down and no longer latches.
