  Why call me rude for stating facts on how a transaction was handled? Don't use Covid as an excuse for how you handle your business. All that is at issue here is your delay in shipping my item prior to the holiday which ebay expected you could on the Saturday prior. You waited until Tuesday after the Monday holiday. Should I post every reply that has been exchanged between us to provide an idea of the tone of these exchanges? I was fair in my feedback and none of it involved emotions.
