    EDSAL Decking,18D x 36 In.W,Wood, EB-PB3618

    Sturdy but undersized
The product is very sturdy and has a smooth surface but it is not 18x36 inches. It's 17 3/4 by 35 3/4. This may work fine for use as a shelf deck but not for a benchtop where the gap between the deck and the shelf support brace is larger than it should be because this is undercut. I measured 5/16" of a gap between the decking edge and shelf support edge. That's as wide as a regular pen or pencil. Had this been cut to the correct size it would have only been 1/16". All 6 shelves I ordered were cut like this so it's not a one off mistake.

Best and still pretty current QWERTY smart phone out there!
Bought this phone for my daughter to replace her aging Samsung Gravity Smart phone. Her main concern was that the replacement have an actual QWERTY keyboard because Swype can be fickle at times. She also prefers a keyboard for e-mail, and she likes using all of her screen to view what she is typing, not a split window with Swype and whatever else. There are a few out there (LG F3Q) but most were really big, really old, or lacked some of the features of this phone (i.e. backlit keyboard) She's had it for a couple of weeks and loves it. The Battery life is better than her old Gravity Smart (doesn't say much). She can get through a full day with lots of texting, some calls, and some internet surfing and still have about 30% at the end of the day. At idle overnight it will only lose 5% The original release of this phone came with Android ICS but from what I've seen all of them (including hers) now come Jellybean 4.1.2. If you get an ICS version, Samsung has an upgrade to Jellybean available. Physically the phone is about the same length and width as the new Samsung Galaxy Light but thicker because of the keyboard. The only really comparable phone out there that is new/current is the LG F3Q (Optimus). It's nearly identical to this phone but with a slower process (dual 1.2ghz vs 1.5ghz Sammy), less RAM (4gb vs 8gb Sammy), and no backlighting on the keyboard. The LG has a longer battery life and an IPS screen vs the AMOLED of this phone. I'm not a big Swype-only fan myself so I may get this to replace my aging phone as well.

    Great phone, near perfect
I picked this up as a refurbished phone to replace an older Samsung model. It's so light it feels like one of those empty demo units you often see at the phone kiosks. It is quite a little powerhouse though and doesn't seem to get hung up on any popular apps including video or productivity. I don't play games on my phone so I don't have an opinion on that. Pro's: Light, stylish, pretty powerful, tons of accessories available for it, quick for everyday apps and productivity apps, bright screen with great resolution, great primary camera, LTE speeds if the network you're on supports the bands the version of phone you have has. Con's: - Battery life - I'm not a power user and the battery burns out really quick (5 am to 6 pm) with light to medium internet use for e-mail and research and texting and I'm at 25% by then. - Gets really hot near the camera when being used heavily. Heat is never good for electronics and that heat is coming from directly below the SIM and SD card slots. Back your data up just in case it burns the SIM/SD readers or your cards out. - Phone by itself is a fingerprint magnet and very slippery. Don't even think about using this phone without a case. It will slip/go flying out of your hand very easily. The surfaces are very smooth hard plastic and aluminum. Looks really nice but the aesthetics come at the price of utility. This is the second one of these I've purchased. The first one was for my daughter. It's been very reliable (3 months so far) and I'd buy another one in a heartbeat.
