Initially, after connecting the headphones they would disconnect after a few seconds. It would keep doing that. After a bit of research and troubleshooting I was able to perform a hard reset and they seem to be working now. I also updated the firmware on the headphones. So far so good, but I almost threw in the towel until I found someone on YouTube who demonstrated the hard reset procedure. Microsoft’s website did not have this info as far as I could tell. 4 stars instead of 5 due to this issue
