Tried and True
Pros: I have used one of these step counters for way over 10 years. Only reason to replace it is because I stripped the screw to the battery compartment. I was very happy to find the same model. I like the horizonal display and how the "clip" fits on the waistband. I also like that the clip is designed to slide on without the little springs that other models may have - which can easily break or poke the midriff because they are vertical in orientation.
Is this accurate?: I believe so re counting steps. Have I measured my stride accurately to calculate distance properly? Who knows. But I am only comparing against my daily step goals, so it works for me,
Biggest plus: not attached in any way to a computer! No one's business but my own how many steps I walk. Also, I love using this to replace a watch. Very handy. Thank you!
