Smudge-free
The applicator is a little hard to use...I have to rest my hand on cheekbone to get proper application, however, I rubbed my eye a minute after applying and it was totally SMUDGE FREE!!! I LOVE MY NEW LINER!!! As for the applicator, i think it's supposed to be airtight which is why the applicator is hard to get back in...no big deal!!!
