Compact easy to install
Appears to be working as designed, won't know for sure unless it sacrifices itself and saves the opener and peripherals during a lightning/surge event.. Would have rated five stars but in the box there was a loose strip of paper stating, "CAUTION - Do not install this device if there is not at least 10 meters (30 feet) between the electrical outlet and the electrical service panel". A little research found others with the same question about the leaflet, but went on to say they had received clarification from Chamberlain customer support that the leaflet was in error. Quality control should have caught that.

Pitot It!
Works as it should. But like others, only until something impacts the pickup tube at the wrong angle or whatever and damages the it. Just the very tip snapped off of my last one.

Humminbird TS-W Speed/Temp Sensor
Does what it is suppose to, at least when used with the Helix 5 Sonar! Basically Plug & Play. Not too sure about the wheel frame being rigid though. Would have thought the engineers would have incorporated a flip-up release for the wheel assembly if it was impacted by something in the water or elsewhere. I have a similar speed pickup on my SeaDoo JetSki and it is designed to flip up if impacted, I have never had to replace it although it has flipped up a few times, just snaps back into place to return it to operation.
