Perfect for 18650 charging
Because it steps down for charging 18650 to a value less than 4.2 volts (4.0) coupled with a 4056 controller

Size tends to be towards the large size o extra large
The hat is great and of very high quality. Everything about it is good however it seems to be size Large to Extra Large instead of M/L. If your head runs large to X, then by all means get it. Price is exceptional, delivery was prompt and arrived in good shape but will not fit a medium size head. I normally wear a 7 1/4 and it is much bigger than that.
