Toy Shop 1000 Piece New Jigsaw Puzzle

Service Good, Quality Not So Good

The puzzle arrived quickly. It was sealed with shrink wrap and seemed new. However, the box was dented and when I finished putting the puzzle together, it was missing three pieces. The puzzle pieces didn't fit together well and had to be forced. Could this have been a factory second?

Good Value

Product is not first quality, but can be assembled correctly and is sturdy when installed. I bought two. One had a bent rear bracket. The other had a bent rear bracket and was missing 3 of 16 machine screws. The price was great - half of the best price I found for first quality. Good buy!
