Good value + construction, BLAZING SHIPPING!
Following review applies to both products (two) I had ordered.
Wiring was validated with an outlet checker.
Construction is solid: tested with an outlet and a 3-pronged power cord. All three interfaces plug/unplug firm, smooth, and flush.
Shipping was incredibly fast AND for free. Shipped over ~770 miles by road and arrived the next evening. I'M VERY IMPRESSED!
Value seems appropriate for the design/materials/shipping.
Materials seem to be new (no stains / scrapes / corrosion).

Good balance of quality / price.
Good budget item, no rust spots. I wiped it down with isopropyl alcohol to reduce/eliminate the black coating rubbing off. No manufacturing burs. The end star nuts have set screws that lets you temporarily affix the nuts with an included Allen wrench.
