Work well, although uncomfortable, but be careful not to dent the front!
These do the job of providing a good seal. The two back-of-head straps hold them on securely, and if you fit them according to instructions provided, they don't leak. They also are good at keeping glasses from getting steamed up. The one problem is that the front of the mask projects outward, to leave room inside for your nose and lips. However, there is only very little room for clearance here, and if the front gets dented inward the least little bit, then the mask will end up in your mouth every time you take a breath. This can also occur just because of the humidity created inside the mask when you breathe. This might be less of a problem for a person with a small face, but 3M should offer a slightly larger size for the average person. You have to be very careful not to let the front of the mask touch your fingers or anything that might dent the front. They are very uncomfortable to wear, but I guess that's to be expected.

Good idea, poorly made
In principle, this is the best way I have found to brew one or two cups of tea from leaves. I have another one like this I bought in the past which works great. However, this one is not well made. It does not close properly, and the tea leaves leak out into your cup of tea, exactly what you are trying to avoid.

So far so good!
Mine works good! It is very powerful, even on low speed. The base is very big so that, even though made of plastic, it will not tip over. I'm sorry to hear others have had problems. Now we'll see how long it lasts. But even if only for one season, $37 per year is not a bad price to pay, compared to air conditioning. I have another Lasko fan, a big window fan, that has done heavy duty for many years and is still going strong. My only regret this time is that I got the electronic controls rather than the manual control. You have to be directly across from the fan for it to work; also, electronic devices have a tendency to wear out quickly. So we'll see.
