Just okay
Product appears to handle a load. I have not experienced a power outage yet so I will need to check the battery. However, it will not connect to my computer. It appears that something is wrong with the unit's communication system as it just will not connect. I have tried several new cables but nothing works. I wish I had bought a new UPS.
