1 of 1 found this helpful As an Esthetician, I recommend good quality fish oil to be taken by my clients on a daily basis (along with using the correct skin care products - pref very low on added chemicals & high on aloe very gel and other quality ingredients like peptides, hyaluronic acid, etc), I tell them all to take min. 1 tsp of this daily (I also give it to my dog for his coat and joints). It really makes your skin glow from within and keeps it supple. Plus the lemon flavor is easy to take.

Sleek Looking Toothbrush
It looks great & is slim enough that it doesn't take up much room. I like the pauses to remind you to clean each quadrant.
My only criticism is that it's so strong it actually took the veneer off of my crowns, exposing the metal underneath! and, no, I wasn't pushing hard on it -- just gently held it to the surfaces of my teeth.
Highly recommended if you have very strong teeth.
