Not quite 100%
Rewinder works, but doesn't rewind the videotape completely. Pops up when there is still a couple of minutes of tape left to rewind. You have to manually hold the rewinder closed until the tape is totally rewound. A little inconvenient, but we were happy to find a rewinder at all and for a good price, and in the end it does what it's supposed to do.
