"The Point" Makes a GREAT POINT!

A friend of mine brought this DVD over to watch, and after seeing it, I just had to buy it! I LOVED this movie! I loved basically everything about it! THe animation is truly astounding; think: Peter Max, Rocky & Bullwinkle, Yellow Submarine and Dr. Seuss all rolled up into one! I don't know how else to describe the artwork/animation; it's simply gorgeous, and totally mind-blowing. I get lost in it, everytime I view it. The story is more along the lines of yellow submarine in terms of a psychedelic acid-trip feel, but it's oh-soooo-beautiful. Oh, and of course, the music is phenomenal, Harry Nillsson was great! Such a beautiful story and (life-lesson). This movie has such a huge impact on people who see it. (An acquaintance actually named their dog "Arrow" after seeing this movie!) Even though it came out in 1971, the music, and the story still hold up. I may have to start searching for the other 2 versions (with Alan Thicke & someone else narrating)... I would HIGHLY recommend this movie to anyone with young kids... THoroughly and utterly beautiful and enjoyable!

Norpro stainless steel double covered butter dish

I love this thing! First, it’s a double wide (large enough to hold the wide kerrygold Irish butters), second - its covered with a nice cute little handle on the top to use without getting fingerprints all over and third it’s elegant/pretty sitting on countertop. I bought 2 - one for backup while cleaning the original. Love it! Thanks!
